Our family tree began like all others until one day while looking at a photograph from a family reunion I saw myself as a 5th generation of some of the most wonderful southern cooks.

Spending most of my time dreaming of what I wanted to do with my life, I quickly realized my childhood memories of homemade cakes, pies, jams and apple orchards was what my future had in store; thus Third Coast Gourmet Foods was born Nov. 2000.
